Your role is vital in bringing architectural designs to life through your artistic skills — creating captivating 3D renderings, immersive virtual reality experiences, and interactive presentations that effectively communicate architectural concepts to clients and stakeholders.

  1. Produce visually stunning architectural visualizations — Create captivating and realistic 3D renderings, animations, VR experiences, and interactive presentations that showcase architectural designs and exceed client expectations.
  2. Collaborate effectively with the creative team — Work closely with Art Directors, 3D Artists, and Video Editors to ensure seamless collaboration, provide creative input, and contribute to a positive team culture.
  3. Stay updated with industry trends — Remain informed about the latest techniques, technologies, and best practices in architectural visualization. Continuously develop skills and implement cutting-edge approaches.

Meeting Project Deadlines Tracked through project management tools, completion rates, and feedback from stakeholders on timeliness.
Collaborative Contribution Assessed via team member feedback, communication effectiveness, and positive contribution to team dynamics.
Professional Development Participation in training programs, industry certifications, and implementation of new techniques and approaches.
Client Satisfaction Measured through client feedback surveys, repeat business, and client testimonials on delivered visual media.

Key Relationships

Internal Studio Art Director, 3D Artists, Video Editors, Sales Department — regular collaboration, guidance, and feedback.
External Clients (understanding needs, addressing feedback) and Subcontractors (specialized projects and expertise).

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering (Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar)
  • Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and lighting
  • Proficiency in post-production software (Adobe Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and construction
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in archviz
  • Knowledge of virtual reality (VR) and interactive presentation technologies
